16:10                     Introduction to campaign strategy process – identifying targets and decision-makers, how do we decide which activities to pursue?

9:15                       Key learnings from yesterday (everyone to share something)
9:30                       Analysis of our key opportunities:
    * Recap yesterday afternoon’s discussion and notes

* What are the most promising opportunities? (pick 2-4 key avenues for action)
10:15                     Respite
10:30 – 12:30          Introduction to critical path mapping [Ian, 10 mins]

Break into small groups: Map out 'critical paths' for each of the selected key avenues to show how we could achieve victory

12:30                     Lunch
13:30 – 14:30          Continue establishing avenues for action and mapping our plans
14:30 -15:00           Small group report back and discussion. What can we support/ agree to now? Reality check/review at the end.
15:00 -15:30           Discuss resourcing and staffing. Include discussion about funding.
15:30 -16:00           Afternoon tea
16:00                     How can we work together to maximize our political influence?

How can we highlight the great work of our community in South America (translate that work into English and promote in the North?) What specific tasks/ roles will each of us take on?
How will we stay in touch?
